Life size Santa... email

The Santa arrived earlier this morning safe and sound. I would have emailed
you earlier but I had company. He's great and I'm glad that he made it here
before Christmas.

Thanks and I look forward to discussing a new Santa for you to make next
year.

Santa arrived today safe and sound. We uncrated him nice and easy, Your
hubby did a great job on the crate. He is beautiful and fits right into place at
our house. We love him you did a wonderful job !! Exceeded all our
expectations.

Hi Karen,
I unwrapped the Santa last evening and he is in PERFECT condition and very well wrapped. It took me 30 minutes to unwrap him. He is wonderful and so much more awesome up close and personal. Thank you for taking such great care in packaging and shipping him and for adding the mink cuffs....they complete the look. My husband loved the Santa List with our family names. I saved that as a surprise for him. Thank you again Karen....I LOVE the Santa!

Hi Karen

With delight, I opened a box larger then me and discovered two little
people, Santa and his Mrs. They exceeded my expectations which I might add were
quite high when viewing your web page. Although I still have 4 months until
Christmas I have to ask "What is the current opinion on displaying Holiday
decorations in the beginning of August" ? Is it OK to put my decorations up NOW
instead of waiting until mid- August, like all of the stores in Chicago? Oh,
heck with the norm, I am NOT putting them away until January. Maybe I will
just go with the flow later and make sure they are put away by January 10th.
:)

They are wonderful. Arrived in boxes so well packed that even the doorman
made comments about the size of the package. All arrived safely. The size is
perfect as we discussed. Santa is realistic. He is warm and kind just as I
would imagine him to be. His eyes have a sparkle where I expect a wink any
moment as he kids his wife. "What only 2 eggs today?" His Mrs of 6,000 years
still looks at her man with love and a knowing look "Have you looked in the
mirror lately, Dear?" They both have these gently wrinkles around their eyes
showing many years of kindness in making all those toys and directing the
elves..... Her hair ever so softly falls into a slight mess of a braid that
she carefully fixed the night before. Their jammies, robe and slippers hold a
clue that Christmas Eve is arriving soon. A little puppy looks upon them in
hopes that a treat may fall from her spoon. You even were so thoughtful as
to add a personal touch from my vacation in Door County that I mentioned to
you in passing.

I am thrilled to have them and happy I found you by accident on the web and
placed my name on a waitlist as this is so worth the wait! You were so fun
to talk to as you made these dolls and we put our thoughts together to come up
with one idea after another. To think, he was by himself on a sleigh in our
first idea to his final position of being with a Mrs. in the kitchen. We
came a long way with fun and humor on these dolls so you know I will treasure
them for many many years to come.

From the bottom of my heart to you who "Sees from her heart", I thank you.
Your so called 'self taught' skills are truly amazing and are very much
appreciated.

He did arrive and I took him out of the box last night. What a treat, it was like Christmas in July!

He is outstanding and truly worth the wait. I will treasure you work always, it is really very special, you really have a very special gift. He was all in tact and I have him on display but he will have to go rest till December.

Thank you so much for all your diligence in getting him tracked and staying on top of it for me. I knew he would show up but things here don't always happen when we are told. Anyway thank you again and I wish you many Blessings. Who knows we may be doing this again sometime.

Dear Karen,
Oh my gosh... The Santas are extraordinary! It did take me a while to
uncrate them, but when I did I was so pleased. I invited my neighbor over to see
them and she said she had goosebumps looking at them. I am so very, very
happy with them. Thank you so much for putting so much time and effort into
them. The finished product is so worth it. I am still not sure when I will
give them to my daughters, but when I do I will be sure to send you some
pictures.

Dear Karen,
No I am not happy with Santa and the girls, I am way beyond happy, maybe thrilled. I am still trying to get then just right in situ. I think they are getting better. I don't think I can ever do them justice. They really are wonderful. You are so talented and gifted! Now when Moe no longer comes the girls will always have something to remember their childhood. I hope that when they have children, they will share this with them and tell them all about the wonderful times they had when Santa came to their house on Christmas Eve.

I can't thank you enough for sharing your talent with me and my family. We will all enjoy your beautiful work and your talent for many generations.

I also love Santa telling Mary the Christmas story and showing her the North star.They are two of my most treasured possessions and something I will be happy to pass along to my children. What a great legacy your talent has brought.

The wonderful pair was unwrapped today and just as I expected my husband
loved the faces. While he appreciates all the work that goes in to the whole
piece is really is so particular about the faces. They have to " talk to
him" This is especially important Santa to us as it is an anniversary gift and
how appropriate Santa and Mrs.  Fed x was so careful with this
delivery . They know by now that we collect all sort of art and antiques so are
usually great when it comes to getting them to us. Each piece came through
beautifully . I will pose them when I place them . .

Karen, I can't began to tell how much my family enjoyed those Santas, they were a real hit!! My husband wants to know if you will put us on your list for another one in '08, he'd like to have one made for his mother. Hope you had a great holiday! Happy New Year! Mary

Santa WOW!!!

Karen the santa arrived today.  Looks great the work is wonderful.  The
costume is very good nice job.  I love all three dogs and I think I need you
to bill me for the other two dogs.  I only have 4 poms so the only color you
did not get is the black.  Ha would you believe that my smallest pom is a
little over 3 lbs and looks 100% like the little guy you sent.  The large
sitting is darker than my med. pom, but the white one is just like the white
pom  I have.

Karen,  when you have time tell my about your work.  Do you do each one or
create the first and make a mold to do other forms.  I am really please with
the way the hair looks rooted, the veins on the hands and every detail.  To
put that much work into each one is unreal. I can see creating the first and
making a mold and then enriching the the produce.  Please do not think I am
asking for sercets or questioning you talent it is just great!  I have never
created a head or hands (which I understand are really hard), I have only
created the clothing. Wonderful job!  I can not wait until we get the next
one planned out and have him next Christmas.  Fred
